Aylmer Arms is a pleasant and affordable residence for seniors

The Aylmer Arms is a non-profit Organization incorporated under Quebec law to provide economical and affordable lodging for semi-retired and retired seniors. 

The Organization is run by a volunteer Board of Directors with day-to-day management services provided by an onsite General Manager.

We are centrally located in the heart of the Aylmer community within the city of Gatineau.  We are strategically located within a block of a major indoor shopping centre with churches, restaurants, the CLSC and the library within walking distances. 

 

There are 101 apartments including bachelor, one bedroom and a limited number of two bedroom units.   Most apartments have a balcony.

 

Our residents must be over 55 of years of age and self-dependant.

► 1 storage locker included in rent

► Central Mail room with individual key mailbox

► Parking (additional fee)

► Guest apartment for out of town visitors (additional fee)

Access to:

• Laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers
• Craft & hobby room with tables and workbenches
• 2 dedicated lounge areas for entertaining family and friends
• Tea room with a fully equipped kitchen area
• BBQ Area with shaded seating space
• Activities organized by the Tenants Committee
